FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS


WHAT IS THE MODEL'S SIZE DETAILS?

  • Model is 168cm, 45kg, waist 62cm.


ARE THE ITEMS IN STORE READY STOCK OR PREORDER?

  • All of the items in store are pre-order based, unless stated "In Stock".


I ORDERED A COMBINATION OF READY STOCK AND PREORDER ITEMS. WILL I RECEIVE MY ITEMS SEPARATELY?

  • If your order has a combination of ready stock and preorder items, we will only ship them all out together once preorder items are also ready. You will receive them together.


WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

  • Once your order is placed and payment is complete, we will process and ship out your order around 2 weeks after each order's batch cut off date.
  • We cut off orders every 5th, 10th, 15th, 20th, 25th and last day on every month.
  • example: if I placed my order on 12th of the month, my order batch will cut off on 15th of the month. After the cut off day, my order will be shipped out around 2 weeks.
  • example: if I placed my order on 15th of the month, my order batch will cut off on the same day. My order will be shipped out around 2 weeks.

WHERE CAN I CHECK MY ORDER STATUS?

  • Once your order is shipped out, you will receive an email with the title "your order is shipped". This email will show your tracking number and the courier company we used. You can click on the "track my order" button in the email to check your parcel status.


I PREVIOUSLY MADE AN ORDER, AND I WISH TO ADD ON ANOTHER PURCHASE. CAN I COMBINE MY NEW ORDER WITH THE PREVIOUS ORDER AND SAVE ON SHIPPING?

  • If your previous order is not shipped out yet, you may combine your new order with your previous order. If your new order is in a different batch, we will ship everything out after all the items are ready. We do not charge extra shipping for new combined orders.

I WISH TO CHANGE MY SHIPPING DETAILS. IS IT POSSIBLE?

  • If your order is not shipped out yet, you may change your shipping details.
  • Please contact us to change your shipping details immediately.


WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?

  • We only ship within Malaysia and Singapore at the moment.


HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE FOR POSTAGE?

Shipping within MalaysiaWe only charge a one-time shipping fee for all orders regardless the amount of items purchased.

West Malaysia (RM8)
East Malaysia (RM15) 
Shipping to SingaporeFirst 3 items (RM50)
Every subsequent 2 items (+RM10)


WHICH COURIER COMPANY DO YOU USE TO SHIP PARCELS?

  • For West Malaysia orders, we will typically use Pgeon Delivery.
  • For East Malaysia orders, we will switch between Pgeon Delivery, Poslaju and CJ Century.
  • For Singapore orders, we will typically use Aramex.


CAN I EXCHANGE MY PURCHASED ITEMS WITH A DIFFERENT SIZE IF THE SIZE I BOUGHT DID NOT FIT ME?

  • Unfortunately, we do not offer item exchanges if the product is not suitable. Please refer to our Exchange and Refund Policy (2)
  • Kindly make sure that the items will fit you by using the measurements stated in every product description page.
